1. Push ups (3 sets of 10-20)

2. Sit ups ( 3 sets of 25)

3. Running in place (3 sets at 5 mins each)
 

Easy for the first minute, 30 seconds fast pace, 30 secs 1/2 speed thereafter

If you are able to go outside (track or trail), jog a mile, stretch, have your child run the straights at 1/2 speed and jog the curves. On a trail your child would jog for approximately 100 meters and jog for 100 meters.
